By downloading or using Chinese Languages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Chinese Languages is a learning app for ten Chinese language varieties: Mandarin, Cantonese, Wu, Min, Hakka, Xiang, Gan, Jin, Huizhou and Pinghua. It offers vocabulary lessons, grammar exercises, conversations, quizzes and progress tracking.
You can use the app as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
The app is free to use and may show optional rewarded ads. Paid features may be offered in the future; their price and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms.
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal learning purposes. You agree not to:
All content in Chinese Languages, including lessons, word lists, audio recordings, illustrations and the app design, belongs to Chinese Languages or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
We work hard to make lessons accurate, but regional languages vary by area and speaker. Content is provided for learning purposes and may contain errors.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chinese Languages is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
